Guest guest
The stories regarding the confrontation between the three Moorthys have some bearing. I would like to add few points to the narration:- 1. There was one more to bear witness for Brahma. The cow. She said yes with the head and No with the tail. Hence got a curse and boon simultaneously that everybody will pay respects to her back only, not to the head. Still it is believed that the back of the cow is auspecious. 2. Brahm is not offered Poojas like the other two Moorthys. It is so after this incident of false witness. 3. The ferocious demon " Swethajan " was born out of Brahma's sweat. He was later known as Sahasrakavachan 4. Rakthajan was born out of Vishnu's blood that fell in Siva's bowl. He become Nara and joined Narayana an icarnation of Vishnu and they together took turns for 1000 year Thapas and fighting to defeat Sahasrakavachan. However he was not killed then. Let off with only one of the kavachas. He became Karna in next incarnation to be killed by Arjuna (Naran) with the help of Narayana. 5. There was a confrontation between Shiva and Narayana during Dakshayaga. Due to this Siva got two names Khandaparasu and Munjakesa. " ini Ammaayi parayum ... ... " Balendu
