Day 1 Read dasakam 1-15 and Narayana Kavacham Day 2 16-29 Day 3 30-44 Day 4 45-64 (after dasakam 51 read chapter 15 of Gita) Day 5 65-79 Day 6 80-90 Day 7 91-100 + Mangalam All days recite the Dhyana slokams at the begining of each recitation.
