A simple suggestion. Thanks to individuals etc., need not besent to the group

address. Such messages may be sent directly to theindividual concerned. This

will avoid unnecessary overcrowding of thegroup mails, and also save a lot of

the moderator's job.

 

I am suggesting this, as is being done in other groups.

So, Unless you are adding your view point to a discussion, please send your one

line " Thank you " mails to the individual only.

 

have provided options to reply to GROUP /the individual / or the

owner provided you select appropriate option (from the " TO: " box above) while

replying using group page.
