Kali Yuga - Results of our deeds -Don't Miss

When the Kali Age started, Brahma Deva approached Kali and gave him the power to maintain the world. Brahma ordered Kali that his duty is, to give the people the results of their Karma (action or deeds).

 

He instructed Kali to give good results to those people who have good deeds and bad results to those people who have bad deeds.

 

The world will exist till all the people become bad. When the entire people start doing bad deeds, the world will be destroyed, the Kali age will come to an end and the Kali will become free.

But Kali was too lazy .He don’t want to rule the world for a long period. He reached home and sat sadly. Kali’s wife enquired him the reason. He described her the entire incident.

 

Kali’s wife was a wise lady .She got an idea to help Kali.

 

She told Kali that those who have both bad and good Karmas (action or deeds) in their previous birth would be born as human beings in this Kali age.

 

Brahma dev instructed Kali, only to give the results according to their deeds and not specified the time (Age), (that is not specified whether the deeds belongs to their present birth or previous birth)

 

She explained, those people who are doing good deeds in this present birth must give the results of their sins, which they committed in their previous birth.

 

And those people who are doing bad deeds in this present birth must give the results of their good deeds, which they did in their previous birth.

Thus the people who are committing sins in this kali age will think, even after doing this much bad deeds we are getting good results. So they didn’t stop doing bad karmas.

 

In the same manner the good people watch the bad people and their good results and will think even after doing this much good deeds we are getting bad results and bad people are getting good results. So they also start doing bad karmas.

 

At that time kali will start giving the results of present birth’s deeds.

 

Thus when the whole world filled with bad deeds, it will end and Kali became free. This is the play of Kali and this is happening today.

 

Every one is expected to perform his karma to the society as a sacrifice to God without expectation of the fruit of his action. So we don’t have to think about the results of our deeds. Even after getting bad results we don’t have to stop doing good deeds. When each and every one became good, this world will exist and God will win.

 

Things that you did in the past, you can't do anything about it - so you need to pay for it. Turn out good deeds at least now so that at least the future lives are pleasurable due to the good karma. Good deeds would pay right now - the effects of most of the present karma can be seen right in this life.

 

The very rebirth is a result of bad karma .One who leads a pious life is expected to merge with the parabrahmmam and is freed from the cycles of birth and death. Karma (good and bad effects of actions) is supposedly consequences for decisions taken in a previous life and the only way off the eternal wheel of birth, death and rebirth (samsara) is to attain moksha - absolute spiritual freedom.
