Guest guest Posted June 23, 2008 Report Share Posted June 23, 2008 Hari-Om ------- When I was a young boy, I used to hear my friend's mother chant the followng verses all the time especially before lunch and supper time : " UPPUMANGAYUM URATHAIRUM UNDU, INI KAIPPAKKA KONDATTAN VENO KRISHNA ? '.................... (Kaippakka kondattan is Paavakka vattal in Trivandrum usage.) I love this chants but do not know the full text. Does anyone know it ? jai shree krishna !
