The moment our hero Arjuna let himself go down on himself to wallow in the slothful slush of despondency, self pity, and utter helplessness all in the name of upholding traditions, family values, ethics and morality Bhagavan began his clarion call to SHED WEAKNESS (hrudayadaurlabhyam thyaktho), and STAND UP (uthishta)to ACT and CROSSOVER (nistrigunyo) to VICTORY (jitwa satroon), FAME (yasho labhaswa) and PROSPERITY (bhoonksha rajyam samrudham). After clearing the picture of the 'how' and 'who' of all activities through verse-27 of Ch 3.'He' explained the three modes (gunas) and asked him to CROSSOVER in verse 45 of Ch 2 Being a compassionate Mentor, our Bhagavan did not let Arjuna go astray due to lack of any proper guidelines and sign posts. Verses 22 TO 25 of Ch 14 gives in brief the exact mind set one needs to have as the LIFE moves on through the myriad labyrinths of situations and circumstances. A slight error in handling LIFE could cost one enormously. LIFE is to be handled with extreme and utmost care for it is more fragile than glass-it is made up of the most valuable substance in the world-TIME. One is yet to find a way to manage it rather than letting TIME manage the other. Probably, that is the GOAL of LIFE. REALISATION is when one get to know through AWARENESS that he himself is TIME.
