Guest guest
Dear Savitriji, Good to read your bhakthi filled story about the Gujarati family. Sharing such real life incidents provides us beginners an opportunity to to know how to proceed in bhakthi maargam. It is a good question that how Guruvayoorappan transcends across cultures. I have experienced the same. It is indeed HIS leela. After all, we believe that the idol of Lord Guruvayurappan was worshiped by Vasudevji, father of Lord Krishna and Vasudevji spent considerable amount of time in Dwaraka ,in current Gujarat. So, Guruvayoorappan is not a stranger for people from Gujarat or Dwaraka or Mathura! We are blessed to have you in the group. Pranams to both of you " Bhagavathas " and may Guruvayoorappan bless you & family for conducting many more readings and " ayurarogyasouhkyam " . Guest guest
Dear Sunil Thank you very much. As you said, nobody is a stranger to Krishna because his abode is devotees's heart. You are right! To start with He is a Gujarathi and later he appeared as a full fledged Malayaali in Guruvayur, a pure telungan in Thiruppathi, a Thamizhan in Sreerangam, a Kannatika in Uduppi and so on! Dave family's devotion is exemplary. Their 14 year old and 10 year old boys read the Naraayanam transilteration through out the day and prayed for their mother. We chanted Mahamanthram several times led by them. Happy Janmashtami! Guest guest
Dhanyawad, Savitriji , for sharing with us such a wonderful and touching real life story, that too your own personal experience. It is a real miracle and Guruvayoorappn made you instrumental in introducing the Krishna bhakti in the Narayanaji family. You too have been blessed . We are aware of few of the Bhagavan's miraculous leelas, such as Kurooramma,Pisharody, Melpathur, Poonthanam, Manjula, and Villuamanglam Swamigal but this incident shows that there are thousands of such blessings experienced by His devotees that we are not aware of. It is one more proof that Bhagavan protects those who pray to him with sincerity and absolute devotion. May Bhagavan Guruvayoorappan's name be Glorified. OM NAMO BHAGAVATE VASUDEVAYA. Jai shree Krishna ! guruvayur , " menon_sunil " <menon_sunil wrote: > > Dear Savitriji, > > Good to read your bhakthi filled story about the Gujarati > family. acquarek
I happen to read this mail very late.. (i guess).. but, there is a particular slogam in narayaneeyam (ie ) in Chapter 8 and slogam 12 , where the slogam starts with (asmin paraatman nanu paadmakalpe) which is considered as a very powerful slogam which can be recited everyday for 45 days for 108, 64, 32 or even 16 times... hope lord Guruvayurappan shower his blessings to all.
