Shri Shankaraachaarya has written Bhashyam for Gita, Brahmasutra and Upanishads and on many more. There is a site with the original commentary in Sanskrit.

NBS had published the malayalam translation by K.M ( Kunhan Menon) of Shankara Bhashyam of Gita and Brahmasutra. I am not sure whether that is available online in Malayalam.
