Guest guest
Dear Members, Kindly let me introduce myself as a new member of your esteemed group of devotees of Lord Guruvayurappan. There is an ashtottaram of Lord Guruvayurappan composed by Sengalipuram Anantharama Dikshitar. It was he who popularised Narayaniyam in Tamil Nadu. Before that it was known only in Kerala. In my daily puja I perform archana with this ashtottaram. This Namavali and some stotras to Guruvayurappan with English translation have been posted at my website http://www.geocities.com/snsastri Please go to this website and click on STOTRAS at the bottom of the Home Page. Some of the members may already be familiar with this ashtottaram and these stotras. There are also articles on Vedantic topics and translations of Sri Sankaracharya's and other Sanskrit works on this website. My English translation of Narayaniyam with word by word meaning and detailed notes bringing out the Vedantic import of the slokas has been published by the Central Chinmaya Mission with a Foreword by Pujya Swami Chinmayanandaji. With pranams to Guruvayurappan, S.N.Sastri--
