Veveshti vyaapnothi krtnsm chcraacharam ithi vishnuh Vishnu is the one who enters and pervades the whole universe. This denotes desakalaparichchinna rahithathvam, not being limited by place time or form. Desakalaparicchinnam means limitation by time and place. For instance a pot is here now. It cannot be in different place at the same time. But the Lord is not conditioned by time or space because He is present everywhere at all times. The concept of present past and future do not apply to Him. As this word is also derived from vis, to enter, it means the one who pervades everything by entering into it. The upanishat says , Anena aathmanaa anupraviSya naamaroope vyaakaravaaNi The Brahman, that is Narayana, after creating the universe entered into everything as its inner soul to give it name and form. Besides, all that is explained with reference to visvam is applicable to Vishnu also. 3. Vashatkaarah Vashat is the indeclinable usually used at the end of a sentence in the sense of khathana , narration or exclamation.
