Guest guest
Dear all, Look at the word SAAKSHARA meaning one who has knowledge (literate). Now let us reverse the word. It becomes RAAKSHASA (demon). What this tells us is that a knowledgeable man with out good virtues can become a raakshasa in certain situations. Ravana is a perfect example. He was very knowledgeable, was a great devotee of Shiva and still his demonic nature made him follow adharmic path. Take the the word SARASA (good natured). Now let us reverse this word and it is again SARASA. What does this mean? A good natured person is always good natured. Scriptures advises us to be good natured saakshara so that we will never become the reverse of saakshara. A good saakshara never becomes a raakshasa. Saaksharaa: viparithaaschedrakshasaa: aeva kaevalam saraso viparithascheth sarasathvam na munchathi Regards and prayers Savitri
