At that time you had recommended the book by Sri Sastriji. After some online research, I came across an offer to purchase the book written by Sastriji. I purchased it at a very reasonable price of $20.00 to include shipping and mailing charges from the Chinmaya Publications website. All other sites such as amazon.com charge a much higher price for this book. If any other devotee residing in the U.S wishes to purchase this book they may do so by going to the website indicated here: http://www.chinmayapublication.com/index.php Now I have the answer to my query as was recommended by you. This purchase further illuminates my library of books pertaining to this divine scripture. Actually, I had started preparing a chart on the metres of Narayaneeyam, but Dr. Chitrabhanu said that he was already on the verge of completing this work and so, I dropped mine, as there was no need of duplication. Dr. Chitrabhanu's Chart is drafted already, and I believe, the finishing touches are being given. It was probably my fault of not keeping you specially informed about it, as I assumed that you would be reading the mails on the topic, and we would be able to post it shortly to the group. I was under the impression that you would be reading the mails regarding this, and it was probably my fault, not to have specially kept you informed. In the meantime, Sunil's surgery/gamma ray treatment etc., came up unexpectedly. I was also trying to get some help on the surgery through my d-i-l's cousin in San Hose (Murali Krishnaswamy of the Sankara Eye Foundation). Murali had very recently undergone a very similar surgery by one Dr. Viswanathan (ENT) at Coimbatore, about whom you must be knowing, as you hail from CBE. Everything else went into the background on this account. Anyway, I am feeling happy in another way, as you have enriched your library with Sastriji's book also. I humbly seek your pardon on this lapse of mine which was not intentional, but happened inadvertently. Trust yourself and family are doing fine.
