292. bhootha bhavya bhavnnaaThah

 

He is the Lord of all beings in the past present and future.The fourth nama, bhootha bhavya bhavathprabhuH sounds similar but it refers to the time while this refers to the beings.

 

293. pavanah

 

The Lord says in Gita pavanaH pavathaam asmi. " I am the wind among those that move.." BG-ch.10. The root pav means to move. The Lord is called pavana since He moves about any where any time without restraint.

 

294. paavanaH

 

Paavayathi ithi paavanaH. The one that purifies all. GNages has the purifying effect because it flows from His feet. BHeeshma says of the Lord at the outset `pavithraaNaam pavithram yo mangalaanaam cha mangalam.' He who is the pure of the pure and auso picious of the auspicious.

 

295. analaH

 

ananthi ithi anaaH, praaNinaH.thaan laathi ithi analaH. He adopts all beings as His own. alam means enough and analam means not enough. The Lord is called analaH because He feel s that he had not done enough for His devotees.

 

296. kaamahaa

 

Destroyer of desires of those who aspire for salvation.

 

297. kaamajkrth

 

Kaaman karothi. Fulfils the desires of devotees. Also means that Kama, the god of love was born from Him. Prdyuman , son k of Krishna is supposed to be the god of love in his previous lifeand hence the Lord is called kaamajanaka.

 

298. kaanthaH

 

He is attractive by His form and attributes.

 

299.kaamaH

 

He is desired , kaamyathe, by the devotees.KaamaH is laso the name of Manmatha, the god of love and the Lord is kaama v because He is describd as saakshaath manmaTha manamThaH, the one who enchants even the god of love with His divine form.

 

300. kaamapradhaH

 

He provides whatever wished for.If one desires nothing but uion with Him He gives that. But if they wish for lesser things also He gibves them what they want though to ask something other than the attainment of His feet and to do His kainkarya before that is like begging an emperor for a few coins. Prahlada wanted nothing but the devotion of the Lord nad he was blessed with that while Dhruva went to do penance to get an exalted position and though he changed his mind on seeing the Lord, he was given just that he asked for though he as promised the ultimate when he had lived his life fully.

 

301. prabhuH

 

prabhavathi . He is the supreme power that attracts all beings towards Him.
