HARI AUM

Until one develops the ability to keep the 'senses' under check nothing

worthwhile can be gained in life-material, emotional and spiritual. The 'mind'

is fragile, and even explosive. So don't rush through. Be cautious. 'His' 'gita'

verse 6/25(shanaiH...chintayet) has a way to quieten the 'beast'.

Gradually, step by step,

one should become situated in trance

by means of intelligence sustained by full conviction,

and thus the mind should be fixed on the self alone and should think of nothing else.
