In Gita, the Lord says, `samo aham sarvabhootheshu, na me dhveshyo asthi na priyaH.' "I am equal to all and I have no freiend or foe."(BG.9-29) Like the wind which will help the boat only when the sails are opened, and the light can be seen only when the eyes are open, God will help only those who come to Him. If one sees Him as an enemy He will appear only in that form because He comes to you as you see Him. 312.SishteshtaH He is dear to Sishtas. That is, the devotees pure and austere. 313. Sikhandee Has plume of Lordship. Sikhayaa thejasaa aNathi vyapnothi ithi SikhandaH SikhandaH asya sathi ithi Sikhandee. He pervades everywhere with his glory.or luminance. 314. nahushaH svamaayayaa jeevaan nahyathi, baDhnaathi ithi. He binds the individual souls with His maya. He also binds the whole world with His power so that everything works in order. 315. vrshaH Vrshu sechane. The word vrsha means shower. He showers His blessings and refreshes those who are fatigued immersed in the ocean of samsara like cool showers. The next eight namas pertain to Parasuram avatara. 316. kroDhaHaa KroDham hanthi. He discarded anger after destroying the kshathriyas as Parasurama. 317.kroDhakrth asadhoonaam kroDham karothi. He shows anger towards wicked. 318. karthaa krnthathi ithi karthaa. Killed the wicked like Karhveeryarjuna. KoDhakrthkarthaa taken as one word means He destroyed the cause of anger namely kaarthaveerya and the wicked kings. 319.viSvabahuH By occupying the whole world by his destruction of kshathriyas He is said to have arms all over the world. 320..maheeDharaH He is worshipped.
