SRIMAD BHAVAGATHAM AND SALAGRAMA POOJA

In Vishnu Sahasranama the following Meditaing Mantras come.

Amritamsur Bhavo Banur ihti Beejam, Devakinandana srishtethi Sakthi, udbhava

kshobono deva ithi paramo mantraha ,sankabin nandagee chakri ithi keelakam.

radhangapani rakshobhya ithi netram etc.

 

What one should do when reciting these slokas ? Whethet one sghould do nyasa ?
