My 1st Doubt

Hi,

My poem is attached here(TheWay.jpg - the attachment). Please publish this

in this group. I want to kknow more about Krishna. If you don't mind, my first

doubt is Who was born before krishna as the previous reincarnation of Visnu. Is

it Balarama or Budha or somebody else. I know that Balarama is an Amshavathra of

Anadhan then two more Avathara's are yet to come right (because Vishnu has 10

avathara right. I heard like krishna is 9th Avathara, then who is the 8th one.

Balarama is nothing but the Amshavathara of vishnu (anadhan). i have lot of

confusion in this. Is that true that 9th & 10th Avathara is yet to come to

earth. In that case we all are lucky. Please reply to my doubt.). Iam waiting

for your reply. Om Namo Narayanaya........

 

Iam a Software Engineer, My native place is Calicut. Please help me in solving

all these doubts....

Dear Bijeshji,

 

Bhagan Vishnu's Dashavatharam are as follows;-

 

1, MALSYAVATHARAM, 2, KOORMAVATHARAM, 3, VARAHAVATHARAM, 4, NARASIMHAVATHARAM, 5, VAMANAVATHARAM, 6, PARASHURAMAVATHARAM, 7, SREERAMAVATHARAM, 8, BALARAMAVATHARAM, 9, SREEKRISHNAVATHARAM, 10, KALKHI AVATHARAM.

 

Out of these avatharams Bhagavan Krishnans avatharam is his poornavatharam. Other avatharams are Bhagavan's amshavatharam. In Bhagavatm some description is there about Lord Budhas Avtharam. But i cannot tell you more about that.

Hare Krishna.

 

Srimad Bhagvatam and other authorised scriptures like Brahma

Samhita tell us conclusively that Lord Krishna is the original and supreme

personality of Godhead and everything/everyone originates from Him (Bhagavad

Gita 10.8 - aham sarvasya prabhavo).

 

It is said that Lord Krishna first expands into Lord Balaram, Lord Balaram then

expands into Lord Sankarsana, Lord Sankarsana expands into Narayana, Narayana

then expands into a second Sankarsana. The second Sankarasana is the source of

the three purusa avataras - Maha Vishnu (Karanodakasayi Visnu), Garbhodakasayi

Visnu and Kshirodakasayi Visnu (Who enters every living entity as the

Paramatma). All incarnations of Lord Krishna, principally the 10 main avataras

(dasha avataras) are visnu tattvas and they appear through Maha visnu. In this

connection, the example of a candle is given. A candle that is lit can be used

to light other candles, this way all candles are equal in quality and quantity,

but still there is only 1 candle that is original and the source of all other

candles. The original candle represents Krishna and the other candles are His

plenary expansions or visnu tattvas.

 

I hope you would find this information useful. Srimad Bhagavatam has the answers

to every question and we as practising devotees of Bhagavan Sri Krishna should

take the opportunity awarded in this human life to regularly hear and read

Srimad Bhagvatam.
