Why

me??????????????

Sometimes

we understand a message when it is simply illustrated..

.......and you question God - 'why me?'....

always look at the bigger picture....

A day without the Lord - Is a day wasted.

God is going to shift things around for you today and let things work

in your favor.. If you believe, please send this to ALL YOUR FRIENDS.

Thank

God for the stuff that didn't hit you!

Hari Om..Sorry if the illustration did not make much sense. Here is how I interpreted it.A man is going through one blow after another in his life (shown by the stones thatare directed towards him). He cries out loud asking Lord " why me? " .

In this drawing, they show Jesus. You can take that to be any God Form. Let it beour Isha Devatha. The Lord is standing there like a shield and taking as many of thosestones Himself. Seeing the devotee in distress, He asks the devotee if any of the stones

bypassed the Lord and hit the devotee by mistake. So, the suffering that comes to usis just a small percentage of what would have come if the Lord really was not there toshield it. In the Kurukshetra war, Lord Krishna has protected Arjuna from many of those arrows

that were directed towards Arjuna. The Lord is our charioteer too and is shielding usfrom troubles every minute.I have heard a saying " When we are going through trouble, the Lord keeps us on His Lapand consoles us and protects us " . My grandmother used to say in her troubled moments that

she is sitting in the Lord's Lap.With Love & RegardsLakshmyOn Mon, Jun 22, 2009 at 1:54 PM, chirattapuram <anair1101 wrote:

Dear All,Namaskaram! There was a lame and old person who was a great devotee of Sri Guruvayurppan. One day he wanted to go to a distant place but he had to go by foot only. So he called Sri Guruvayurappan for help. He ,The Karuna sindoo too obliged and came there as a cowherd held his hand and helped him cross the path safely. He knew that it was Sri Guruvayurppan only. But on the way ,he fell on the ground while crossing a big pit and had some very minor bruise. After reaching the destination, the lame complained " You had not taken full care of me and left me alone while crossing the big pit.You see the footsteps on the sand. There are two sets of impressions upto the pit..And inside the broad pit there is only one set."Sri Guruvayurappan smilingly replied," Till we reached the pit,I was holding your hand. When we

reached there, u left my hand as if you could do it alone like children and fell down. Then I took you on my shoulder and carried you upto here. The imprint of a pair of feet in the pit is Mine and not yours." I f we are destined to go in the rain,He protects us as the umbrella and prevents us from getting fully drenched. This is what Lakshmyji wants to remind all of us.
