Since she started chanting veda manthras as soon as she was born, they gave her the name Vedavathi. This happened in Krutha Yuga. Then this Vedavathi was born as Sita Devi in Threthayuga and became Lord Raama's Dharma Pathni.  Sita Devi was again born as Draupadi in Dwaapara Yuga and became the wife of Paandavaas.
