HARI AUM

Hindu religion have been evolving since civilisation started peeking on human

beings. Various methods to keep the larger mass keep progressing is the goal of

this process. Hence almost all the so called 'hindu practices' are chugging

along since time immemorial.

Use of 'tulasi' is one among them. Wrapping up an act in 'his' name always

receives more credibility, continuation and commitment of the practise.

A casual 'googling' of the medicinal and herbal qualities of the humble

'tulasi'( Ocimum sanctum (holy basil)) will AMAAAAZE anybody. Being in touch

with 'tulasi' in 'his' name by doing 'puja', 'prasad' etc has its EFFECTS on the

physical, mental and spiritual health of the user.

It's common sense to note that 'freshness' of fresh ones are not the same as of

the old. 'Tulasi' being 'TULASI' if fresh isn't available use the ones that are

available. 'He' will certainly bear with, for the purpose is served - something

is better than nothing.

IMO what is more important is its usage.
