visit to Guruvayoor!

Dear Bhaktas!

After 2 years, I have had the fortune of visitng Guruvayoor. Thanks tot eh Lord,

I had a good darshan of him. I saw the Blessed form of the Lord and tears burst

forth from my eyes!!. I was acutely aware of every thing in the sanctum and i

thought of all of you- known and unknown to me - all who have visited and

worshipped the lord. I felt different this time because I have been a silent (

more or less) member of this group reading , assimilating, thinking etc of the

many messages written on this forum. And I stood there , the receipent of this

knowledge , this witnes of the flow of pure Bhakti towards the Lord. I had the

fortune of reading the Vishnu Sahasranamam while being seated in the inner

sanctum just behind the Lord. I was only aware of this thought-I want to be

here again. I was to gaze at His form, I want to offer my spirit to him to

cleanse.. TO YOU KRISHNA GURUVAYOORAPPA, UNNIKRISHNA!! I offer my salutations,

my love, every ounce of this being that is created by you only!!!

Again I was reminded how the Lord has his ways - my younger son , all of 3 yrs

old had a slight fever on the previous evening when we went to Mamiyoor,

parasarathy kshetram, venkatachalapathy kshetram etc. But he was better, having

taken medecine , by night-time. Yet at 12.30 I a.m. woke to find him shivering

in the grip of a burning fever and we rushed to the hospital near by where he

received treatment and was much better. The fallout of this was, we had planned

to partake of the Lord's lunch and then leave for Palakkad where we live. But

after this episode, we decided not to risk and left at 7.30 after having prayed

the vakacharth and witmessed the sheeveli. I was not disappointed because I knew

that this isthe Lord's decision and I accept it. This spiritual maturity , I

have gained by being a part of this group. Thank you, dear bhaktas, my teachers.
