Guest guest
Dear Friends and guides, Just to share a simple incident- yet another leela of our Lord. I am in palakkad at the moment. 2 weeks ago, I had written that I had been to Guruvayoor and I was unable to take my younger son into the inner sanctum as he was heavily medicated and asleep due to high fever. As i am leaving kerala on the 10th, we wanted to visit Guruvayoor again to show him to the Lord. We had planned to go today- but could not as we were unable to get a driver and did not want to undertake the journey by bus.My desire to see the Lord was great but perhaps, i did not try hard enough.Today evening, by pure chance, my father and I went to the Chinmaya Guruvayoorappa temple - actually I went there because i wanted to buy books. I told my father, I will just quickly pray and come- he decided to wait outside. i went in and found that the nada was closed for the Deeparadhana puja. I waited amidst a crowd of people and " Om Namo Narayanaya " , chanted by faithful devotees and when the doors opened , had a wonderful darshan of the Lord krishna in with his ever lasting smile, his plume of peacock feathers and decked in flowers. to me, I felt, I was not able to worship him in Guruvayoor so He made it possible for me to worship Him here in palakkad. A sure example of the fact that the Lord will come to his devotess if they really want. That moment, I was ready to give up my Life to Him if He so wished. Krishna! Guruvayoorappa!!
