Njanappana by Poonthanam Numidiri-1 translation and commentary by Smt. Savitri Puram

"What is the first and final step in the path of devotion? Naamasankeerthanam. Bhakthi starts with Naamam and ends with Naamam. It is for ordinary people as well as for self realized souls. No question of whether you are authorized, whether you have enough knowledge to pursue or whether you have the right comes into question in this way of worshipping Lord. Anybody can do naamajapam, anytime, anywhere. .."

Dear Savitriji:

It is my pleasure to do so :-)

This project is prompting me to reread it so that I can absorb it better.

I have to tell you that everytime I saw the ending part of your

posts, it always put a smile on my face. So, working on it is putting

a smile on my face! If you have any suggestions, feel free to send

them my way.

Krishna! Krishna! Mukunda! Janaardana!

Krishna! Govinda! Naarayana! Hare!

Achyuthaananda! Govinda! Maadhava!

Sachidaananda! Naarayana! Hare!
