713. bhoothaavaasaH

Abode of all creatures. Krishna revealed the universe in Him by His visvaroopa

dharsana to Arjuna and also made his mother see them in His mouth.

714. vaasudhevaH

He is the deity of the Vaasudevamanthra.

715. sarvaasunilayaH

asu means

soul. He is the abode of all souls being their inner self.

716. analaH

alam means

enough and analam means insatiate.

There is no satiety in seeing His beautiful form and hearing His leelas. Arjuna

says in Gita, thrpthirhi SrNvatho naasthi me amrtham.

There is no satiety in

hearing about the glories of the Lord, which are countless.

He is called analah also because He is never

satisfied with showering His grace on His devotees. Even after protecting

Draupadi when she was disrobed in the court of Kouravas, Krishna

felt that he had not doen enough and felt that the cry of her to Him was

tormenting Him forever.

717.dharpahaa

He destroys the pride and

not the person.Krishna humbled Indra and Brahma when they behaved in an

arrogant manner but did not harm them.

718. dharpadhaH

He gives pride to His

devotees who are immensely proud of Him. Krishna

made all the people in Gokulam feel proud to have Him amidst them.

719. adhrpthaH

He is not proud. What

appears as wonderful feats to others are natural to Him. Hence He is not proud

of them.Krishna did all His wonderful acts playfully as though He was not aware

of His greatness.

720. dhurDharaH

Uncontrollable. In all His

balaleelas Krishna could not be constrained.

721. aparaajithaH

Invincible. Bhishma said ,

Sakthoaham Dhanushaikena nihanthum sarva pandavaan

Yadhyeshaam na bhaveth gopthaa vishNuH kaaraNa

poorushaH

" I am capable of

destroying all Pandavas with this one bow provided the Lord Vishnu , the

ultimate cause of all is not their protector."

722.viSva moorthiH

ViSva eva

moorthiH. The whole world

is His manifestation. This was shown never so explicitly as in the

Krishnavathara.

723. mahaamoorthiH

Hence He is mahaamoorthiH,

which means His cosmic form.

724. dheepthamoorthiH

Of lustrous form. Sanjaya

describing the cosmic form of Krishna said,

Dhivisooryasahsrasya bhaveth yugapath utThithaa

Yadhi bhaaH sadhrSee saa syaath bhaasasthasya

mahaathmanah

If thousand suns rise up

in the sky at the same time , that alone will be equal to the lustre of the

Lord in His cosmic form.

725. amoorthimaan

His for cannot be defined

as such. In reality he has no form as He is visvamoorthiH.

726. anekamoorthiH

He has multitudes of

forms. This is not self contradiction when taken with the previous one that he

has no form because His form cannot be defined as such as He is manifested in all forms and also not

limited to one form.

727.avyakthaH

Unmanifest in His subtle

state. His true nature as the Paramathman is not manifest in His incarnations.

In Gita He says naaham prakaaSaH

sarvasaya, "I am not manifest to all."

728.SathamoorthiH

Hundreds of forms has He

as Krishna tells Arjuna on showing his

visvaroopa, paSya me paarTha roopaaNi

SathaSo aTha sahasraSaH, "Arjuna , seemy forms in hundreds and thousands.

729.SathaananaH

One having many faces as

Arjuna says on seeing His visvaroopa ,

aneka baahoodhara vakthranethram paSyaami thvaam

sarvatho anantha roopam, I see You

with many arms, middle, faces and eyes everywhere possessing infinite form."
