Navaneetham September issue.

Dear All, Gurus, Gurudevs,and Gurunathans,

It was an exhilerating experience for me to read this month's issue of

Navaneetham, especially the Malayalam poems by Dr. A.P. Sukumar,

Jayashankar's first poem on Kannan, Savitriji's message to Kannan, a

pilgrimage (Theertha-yatra), Sastriji's Goal of Human Life, Achuthan

Nairji's poem by Swami Vivekananda, a reminder of the good old days,

the reminiscences of Mahabali's " Maveli naadu vaneedum kalam " , the

musical interludes by GS/PS, Sarojaji's serial on Adi-sankara's

Mohamudgaram with the scholarly explanation of " Nandathi " , Sastryji's

exposition of Go-seva as told by Baba, Panickerji's Gurusmarana which

was very informative, Anil Kumar/Raghavanji's Ashtamirohini with

quotations from Manipravalam and Bhagavatam, inspiring devotion to the

Lord, and last, but not the LEAST, Chandraji's MAN OF THE MONTH

profile. I have never seen a more non-assuming person than Chandraji

who calls himself a " POOJYAM " as the very symbol of humility, without

expounding the value of zero. which, when added to the " right " side,

increases the value ten times. And let us remember, Chandraji is

always on the right! " Poojyam " in Malayalam and " Poojyah " , the

Sanskrit version of that word also means " that which is worthy of

being worshipped ! "

Immensely happy and proud to note that the good friends introduced by

me as ordained by the Lord and my eternal Guruji Shri. S.N. Sastriji

have been adding much much more value to the on-line magazine

It gives me much more pleasure to stand aloof and read what all these

great scholars have to say, rather than to make my own write-ups which

just used to fill pages, without adding values!

Warmest regards and Vijaya-dasami greetings to all. Let us remember

the first NOBLE Guru who kept us on his lap and made us write " Hari

Sri Ganapataye Namah, Avighnam asthu " on this Vijayadasami day. "
