There are few individuals who havefallen prey to these tricksters. But any person with minimum common sense would not be a victim. It is very simple. But it is always better to be on guard. To win a prize , let alone a jackpot, one has to buy a lottery ticket from an authorised dealer. So if one did not buy a ticket HOW CAN that person win a prize ? jai shree krishna !
