At the same time, in life, this reality has to be faced, but the void remains. Especially in place of a mother, no one can be substitute for. My mother passed away at my 29th age. Now 12 years gone, but still her memories are around us. At the same time, you could have done so many things for her. Please accept our heartfelt condolences in your bereavement. Also please convey our sympathies to members of your bereaved family.

 

Actually you are such a lucky person that your mother stayed with you till her age of 82 with good health and also able to chant Narayana Namam till her end. What else we need other than this?

 

I pray that the soul of your mother rest in eternal peace.

Dear Mr Gopalakrishnan, Even

though departing of jeevatman from the mortal body is not a sad moment, people

do morn. But remember, Weapons do not cut It, fire does not burn It, water does

not wet it and wind can not dry it. It is non-flammable; It is non-damp and

non-dryable, ever lasting, all pervading, stable, immovable; It is eternal. For

the Self there is never birth or death, nor having once been, Self never cease

to be. Self is unborn, eternal, ever existing, undying and primeval. There

is no SHE, YOU nor I. For the realization of the true nature of the Self, It

does not tolerate any distinction. All this universe which is other than the

Self is worthless (having no existence of its own) for it is well known that

the Self is all pervasive, recognized as the reality and that its existence is

self-proven and does not depend upon anything else. That One, the Residue, the

Auspicious, That Alone, is SHE, YOU and I. The

really wise do grave neither for the departed nor for the living. We were never

non-existent and such a time also will not come when we cease to exist. The
