A living entity becomesfortunate when his desire to wander throughout the universe isextinguished. Then, when by the strength of the guru’s mercy hisconstitutional propensity is revived, he attains the seed of devotionalservice. There is no difference between Krishna’s and the guru’s mercyi.According to their karma, all living entities are wandering throughout theentire universe. Some of them are being elevated to the upper planetarysystems, and some are going down into the lower planetary systems. Out ofmany millions of wandering living entities, one who is very fortunate getsan opportunity to associate with a bona fide spiritual master by the graceof Krishna.
