Guest guest Posted January 4, 2010 Report Share Posted January 4, 2010 dear mr.ramesh, you can visit Guruvayur during pongal. though there will be extra crowd due to sabarimala season, if he is a senior citizen (above 60), he can take the special queue near swami ayyappan temple inside the temple premise. this q is from 7 am to 8am and evening from 4.30 to 5.30pm.thulabaram counter is available inside the temple and sugar thulabaram is about rupees 15 per kg.the money can be paid after the thulabaram is over.the counter is open from 5am onwards.its better to do thulabaram and then stand in the q for darshan.so please stand in the thulabaram q at around 4.30am ,finish the thulabaram and then get the theertam at 5am . om namo narayana The INTERNET now has a personality.
