What is the essence of all Upanishads?

The principle of love is present in all. When people develop love, there will be no conflicts in the world. Therefore, you should develop love. Never resort to untruth under any circumstances. If you follow untruth, you will never be able to develop love. Therefore always adhere to truth. Develop love at all times. You can develop love only by following truth and righteousness. These two qualities are most essential for everyone. This is the essence of all Upanishads (sacred scriptures).

What is the essential foundation stone to understanding the Upanishads?

The Atma (spirit) is like the ocean. To instruct a person about it, you need not have to ask him to drink the entire ocean; a single drop placed on the tongue will give the needed knowledge. So too if you desire to know the Upanishads (ancient Indian spiritual texts) you need not have to follow every single Mantra (sacred hymn). Learn and experience the implication of one Mantra; you can realize the Goal without fail. Learn and practise. Learn to practice. That is the secret of the teaching.

What are the illusions that we should overcome in our daily lives to experience liberation?

Human beings are essentially divine. However, one believes oneself to be an individual, limited and temporary. They are entangled in the characteristics of the five elements, namely sound, touch, form, taste and smell. This error brings about joy and grief, good and bad, birth and death. To escape from this association with the elements, to rid oneself of the pulls of their characteristics is the sign of liberation. It is also called in Sanskrit as Kaivalya, Moksha or Mukthi. Names may change, but the achievement is the same.
