Guest guest Posted February 16, 2010 Report Share Posted February 16, 2010 Thank you Seemaji for the news about the new temple.I remembered a quote from Shree Varaha Puranam the following stanza:Vaapi koopa thataakaaniDevathaayathanaani chaPatittaanyuddharet yastuSa poorthaphalam ashnute.(Shree Varaaha Puranam, 172.37It advises us that the most sacred, and meritorious action is to renovate temples that are in ruins, to deepen ponds that have been shallowed, and to clean up wells.We already have so many wonderful temples in India.
