Guest guest
It is good that you are reading pravachans.Doing meditation helps one develop bhakti, inner peace and bliss.I do Transcendental Meditation( T M ) as taught by Maharshi Mahesh Yogi. It helped me and millions of people around the world immensely. In this mantra meditation mind and body settle down and one experiences atma - infinite reservoir of energy, intelligence and happiness - sat, chit, ananda. When you come out of meditation, you come out w/ these qualities and experience more happiness in daily life. Mantra purifies one's body and mind. And as this purification continues, one progresses in higher states of consciousness and feels royal and divine. It is a beautiful feeling. For some this comes soon (that is if you already did some of your home work - bec we start in this life from where we left off in our previous lives). For some it may take little bit of time. hemareddy55 dcgupta wrote:I have faith in the Pravachans , but in practical life difficult to adopt in totality. Guest guest
Dear Friends, We must exhaust our vasanas our attachments before we experience bliss or Sat Chit Ananda. The first step is discrimination and realisation of right and wrong. After this we must start renouncing our attacments to sense objects and material things. Every temptation avoided like remaining calm in the face of extreme provocation, avoiding unhealthy tamasic food habits and living in an eco-friendly non-wasteful manner are the small victories taking us towards freedom from vasanas.
