Guest guest
bkgswu Q: How to protect us from Anger? There are five aspects that protect us from anger: Firstly, patience. Develop patience based on soul consciousness. Secondly, tolerance. Not the kind of tolerance where you feel that you are tolerating a lot, but tolerance as a power. This kind of tolerance is a result of your soul conscious based patience. It is present automatically. Thirdly, feelings of friendliness towards all. No enmity towards anyone. Good relationships should not be maintained on the basis of mutual praise, but on our spirituality and divinity. To develop friendly feelings correctly, keep your mind away from the negative scenes it has encountered. Neither think nor speak about them. Act as if nothing happened. Fourthly, bring out the depth and maturity of gyan. In fact, there is no need to smile very much. Vibrations do the work. Lastly, maintain an atmosphere of peace, truth, and love. This is our only work at the Confluence Age. Drop seriousness and heaviness. Q: How can we free ourselves from the subtle aspects of anger? Keep the aim of making your each and every day - your every moment - victorious. Think: this day, these hours and minutes, will not come again. Scenes will definitely come in front of me, but if I maintain this attitude, I will be like Arjuna, the one who takes up every challenge. Maintain the awareness that no one will, or can, make effort for me. We can't lose another second on this; our immediate attention is needed! If we are still thinking about something we don't need to be thinking about, it means we are still wasting time and energy. Understand how every scene is very sweet. Everyone has their own part. His face is also very sweet and there is meaning filled in His every word. His only desire is that we become like Him. My face should become like His! There is no reason for our faces to get heavy. Understand: 'I' don't do anything. To be manmanabhav means to finish your accounts. Don't come in between the accounts of others. Who's told you to pass judgment on others? Become your own judge - judge your own behaviour. Judging others prevents us from producing pure thoughts. Use it to know: I am a soul. I belong to God. In this drama, every soul has their own part, even if a soul goes ahead of me, that is fine, too. I'm going Home; I am sitting with God. Anger is a very disturbing force. It antagonizes and provokes aggressiveness. If you want to be truly free of it, put all your attention on maintaining purity of thought. Spinning the cycle of self realization creates pure, elevated and useful thoughts. We need to get power from our thoughts. Go into the depths of this. Understand the depths of going within. Peace is in our roots. We have to reach to and work from our roots. Stop fighting yourself and others. Between us is the seed of harmony and comfortable, happy feelings, in the heart. These are deep things, but if you water this seed, it will give good fruit. Relationships will be successful. Have the purity of the truly devoted bride; be a trustee of His work. Keep yourself free. This is the way to reach the destination in a good way. This merges us in His divine love and the power of this turns us into pure gold. It enables others to merge, too. Let jeevanmukti and the happiness of a liberated life be the source of your well being. Refuse to let anything reduce your faith that I am the one of the last cycle; I have been selected from multimillions.
