Constant Remembrance and Experiencing all Relationships with God The Requirements : 1) Food intake – should not allow the stomach and mind heavy. Taking food 6 or 7 times in a day instead of 3 times will make us feel

light. 2) Experience *, feel soul by being relaxed, light, by keeping number of thoughts very less – say 2 to 4 thoughts at a time. 3) Not coming into any feelings of body – can practice relaxations techniques time to time. Method for Constant remembrance: During Action: Whatever qualities we experience when we are in action say – Peace (Powers), Love , Happiness we should remember God with the same qualities only. eg: If we are peaceful or using our 8 Powers – we can experience God as the Ocean of Peace at the back of our mind, when we are happy, we can experience God as Ocean of Happiness, When we are sharing with Love, we can experience God as Ocean of Love at the back of our mind. Method for experiencing all relationship with God: When we long for any type of love or relation, we can take love from God remembering God in the same relationship. Eg: When we long for Motherly love, we can feel God as our Mother and take love from him, similarly Friend, Father, Beloved… Conclusion: We can remember God all the times if we remember Him according to the feelings or thought we have at that time. Otherwise it may not be a natural constant remembrance. Your clarifications please…………….
