Guest guest
ram ram well without parigrah, a household life is just impossible....only an individual can survive, without parigrah...if 1 has family, he or she has to do parigrah... even lord krishna, lead life as an household, with his family, then how can he teach aparigrah, fr household... well wht he meant was...in household even, sometimes, we should to assemble, which r nt so necessary to live, so being a sadhak, we should try to keep us away frm extra parigrah...being an sadhak, we must b in habbit to live happy in every condition, n tht is possible only, if we hv made ourself, tht way...so to practice aparigrah, god says tht.... in shlok 4.21..according to me, it means tht, parigrah should nt b there in our hearts....if we r doing parigrah, to fullfill our duties, then it must b limited to satisfy our body or outside needs...it must nt become like tht, we will bcome unhappy, if sometime, we will nt b hving tht parigrah... n tht is possible only if , we r ditached frm parigrah by heart...same is the meaning in 6.10 & 18.53, tht we must b detached by heart........ ram ram mnajula goyal --- sadhak_insight <sadhak_insight wrote: > " Gita Society " <sanjay..com> > > The word " parigrah " is used in verses 4.21, 6.10, > and 18.53, > Do you think this means God seekers should not have > bank balance > (dhana sanchaya)? or any other meaning is more > suitable to explain > what Lord meant. Guest guest
Members; If everything belongs to Krishna and is used to serve Him then where is the question of proprietorship [paigrahah]? Ideally, the Diety of Krishna should be established in the home or office so that the householder or worker sees that his actions must be for Krishna, using whatever He supplies. Therefore, money should be spent not on ourselves for enjoyment of the senses, but for the glory of God.bv avadhoot maharajsadhak_insight <sadhak_insight wrote: "Gita Society" <sanjay..com> The word "parigrah" is used in verses 4.21, 6.10, and 18.53, Do you think this means God seekers should not have bank balance (dhana sanchaya)? or any other meaning is more suitable to explain what Lord meant. If Gita is meant for householders sadhak, this meaning does not seem to reflect Krishna's message for the modern world. Could you all comment, please. Talk is cheap.
