Guest guest
Shree Hari Only God is ever present. Everything else is either in the past or in the future. Because everything is vanishing, so it is never in the present. But Got is ever present, and only thing that is present. The methods of remaining in present are - 1). By remaining established in your own Self (Atma) "Atmanyavaatmanaa tushta..." Gita 2-55 2) Remaining immersed in God's Love or Doing everything for God "Madarthapi karmaani - Gita 12-10. and3) Doing Selfless Service "Te praapnuvanti Mameva Sarvabhute hiterataah." in Gita 12-4 and 5-25. Just like the Gopis, inspite of doing all their household duties, like cooking, making butter, selling curd, while dressing themselves etc. were doing everything for Krishna. They always remained in ever present Krishna. So even if we are busy in our household work, office or business, or studies, we must do all of this for Lord Krishna. "Madartha karmas." But the word of caution is that we must do everything in accordance to the teachings of the Lord. Guest guest
Thank you very much Dr. Sham;I have heard from authorities on the matter(spirit) that the gopees would chant the following refrain while churning butter or washing clothes or making cow patties, ' Govinda Damodhar Madhaveti, Govinda Damodhar Madhaveti, Govinda Damodhar Madhaveti...."So, whenever I work or engage in activity I copy their actions and mood as much as I can possibly do.AvadhootSham Doctor <sham_doc wrote: Shree Hari Only God is ever present.
