Guest guest
Priy sadhaks, One beautiful phrase told by Goswami Tulsidasji Maharaj, MUKTI NIRADAR BHAGATI LUBHANE... The clever persons discard MUKTI (salvation) and attracted to Bhagati (devotion, worship) or say love to God. Bhed bhagati... When there will be only one who will love whom? There must be two to love. ADVAIT SE DVAIT. Even God become two - RADHAJI & Krushnaji to for the divine play of love..Let us enjoy the divine essence of love... Let salvation be for fools... Be clever in the eyes of lord Krishna......... Please......... Raja. From Meera What is better - Salvation or Love of God?
Guest guest
Let us ask ourselves seriously and try to understand Tulsidasji and such Saints: Is it possible to have salvation and not have Divine Love or Bhagati? Are they two different experiences? What is our own experience when we hear: "I want to be Bhakta and not look for salvation"? I will share my understanding: When we are overwhelmed by Love that is not of the mind(as opposed to hate) then it is salvation at the same time! Love that is unconditional is already a non-dual as it is not opposed to any conditions and is total freedom, not freedom from this or that. Sages mean this experience of oneness between Devotee and God-Consciousness! How to express such indescribable experience? It depends on Saints' own ways of explaining thru the language of Bhakti(apparantly in Dvaita) or Gyan. Such Love or Mukti is not mind's experience. Mind dissolves into Atman-Consciousness-Awarenss and only Awareness remains which witnesses the state of such joy that mind and body passes thru in present, Then mind steps in and describes as if it was present when this experience happened, but that is not true(Please contemplate deeply). Mind takes the place of subject/ego and expereinces as objects, thus Dvaita bhav is felt. SO the duality which we see is only in Mind, not outside. This is because no objects tells us what it is in itself. Only we have to know thru mind and memory. In otherwords outside things are what they are as themselves, not separate like mountains from oceans or from any other animate or inanimate objects, not even from space in which they appear. (dog doesn't know cat as cat etc etc) The universe is just ONE Whole indivisible unity known only as Consciousness-Existence and therefore Bliss when mind is quiet in Bhakti or in Gyan. It apparantly looks diverse in the mind. Mind divides and conceptualize all experiences/objects which are only thoughts of perceived objects. Now when this is realized then duality takes on an extraordinary meaning and we have the right perspectives of this material world which loses its hold on us. It is then truly Lila as described by Geeta. We can play our assigned roles meaningfully only when we know this world is only a play, apparantly existing but in reality is GOD-Consciousness! Thanks for the opportunity to articulate my understanding thru this platform.....Pratap , "muhurmuhu" <muhurmuhu wrote:>> Priy sadhaks,> One beautiful phrase told by Goswami Tulsidasji Maharaj,> > MUKTI NIRADAR BHAGATI LUBHANE...> The clever persons discard MUKTI (salvation) and attracted to Bhagati (devotion, worship) or say love to God.> Bhed bhagati...> When there will be only one who will love whom?> There must be two to love.
