I have experienced that even when faced with the worst of difficulties, if one maintains equanimity and surrenders to God, then there is tremendous gains, one experiences extraordinary energy in surrendering. The Discipline of Inner Silence (Chup Saadhan), is very beneficial. Every 10-15 minutes just for 2-3 seconds maintain inner silence. There is great merit in this practice, therefore all my spiritual brothers and sisters, it is a request to take advantage of this wonderful practice.
