Saagar Kadam ------------------------- -Shree Hari- Saagar Kadam, Welcome! You have turned towards this Satsang. No point in lecturing you, as you have the courage to admit that you need help. The point is you could have turned any where; but you turned to this forum of highest truths. You are never alone, even though you may feel you are in a dark place, not any more! All the Sadhaks have their story, each has his/her role in the great Lila, and yet they have found their way here. There was an English woman who become a very spiritual soul, she was restless and fickle when young, she was drawn to a church, but she spent months walking around and around the outside of it, then one day with her heart thumping, she went inside, it was her surrender to the Divine. B.G 4:11 In whatever way they resort To Me do I thus reward them. It is My path which ev'rywhere All men follow, O Arjuna. With Respect and Divine Love, Mike Keenor ----------------------- Dear Kadamji, Radhe krishna! Just think about Lord Krishna or any other God, who is your favourite. Just offer your prayers mentally to Him, who will take care of your interests. Without the divine grace of God, nothing can take place. Even your rejection of so many job opportunities might be because He has something else in store for you. Or might be, He wants to draw your mind towards Him. Mysterious are the ways of the Lord. Every action of His has a purpose behind it. So pray to Him and await His further instructions. You need not go temples or other places of worship. There is a God residing within you. Pray to Him, and He will direct you. Regards K.V. Gopalakrishna. Hare Krishna Sagarji, These are typical apprehensions before taking up a job. Don't worry, as you will get involved in work it will definitely interest you. My suggestion to you would be to take up the next job offer which comes your way. Don't get confused over what to do and what not to do. Not having a job might even frustrate you more. Please don't hesitate to post such questions. This group is certainly fo spirituality. But if something or the other is hampering your peace, making you restless then such questions do find a place to be in this divine forum. These are very practical situations and getting a solution from a spiritual source will in fact strengthen your faith in God and scriptures. And Sagarji, please don't worry about your career. God has his eye on you. That is why you are a member of this group. Hare Krishna Varun P. Paprunia ---------------------------- namasthe mr.Saagar, This is my humble opinion. Please do not worry about whatever that happened til now. please try to answer these questions to urself from a different perspective and i hope this will be hepful. 1. Try to understand as to why you do not feel like going and working at the certain places ? is it that work u are thinking about OR the people you work with that you are thinking of . 2. Also, what is your family's take on this ? is it your duty to take care of any of the family or you are a person who need not worry about family as theya re already well take care of and that you do not feel you are having any duties as such. 3. OR do you have obligations to take care of the family ? 4. if u do not have any duties as such(based on ur own understanding), then that is the time we think..why should i work or whether he work does not interest me ? because if u have lot of responsibilities, on cannot afford to think whether the job is interesting or not but just have to work. So, in either case, you can feel urself fortunate. if u do not have responsibilities, then u can think of God has given put you n a place with ability to choose whatever you want in ur life. If you have family, then you can think of God has put you in place so that you can take care of others. in either case, it depends on what attitude you can do ur duty/work. 5. Having said this, think about what you feel when you go to work ? you can either search for a job that interest you or make the job that you interesting too. Both the ways is ok. But what I feel is: if we are idle, our mind starts thinking unnecessary things and we feel tired mentally unnecessarily. So, do something and keep urself active. 6. From Bhagavadgita perspective you can think on tehse lines: Whenever you go to work..please do not think that you are working with so and so people and on so and so work. All the work you do, please surrender to that SUPREME. nothing is between u and anyone..and everythin is between yu and God. Once you surrender the interesting work and unintersting work to God..it does not matetr what you do. It alwasy is: with what attitude you do any work. 7. also, try to remember the many things in our life that we have and that we are greateful about rather than thinking about the things that we do not have. 8. Exaggerate the things we have in our life, and the things we do not have look very minute and tiny. Regards, Bharathi ----------------------------- Dear Sagar, Ofcourse I do not know much about you & not very senior sadhak but I want to comment about your problem. Pls apologise me if I am wroung. Remember the incident when Pandu Putra Arjun left his Dhanush-Ban & was very nervous, not even ready to fight against Cusin brother Kauravs. That time what words god Sri Krishna told him which is very well Described in Geeta. You also must to do the karma as worship & leave all fruits to God. without karma there is no Moksh. Remember Sri Krishna all the time in silent mind along with whatever work you doing like travelling, eating, bathing, before sleeping & on duty also. Do not fix the specific place & time for worship , make the practice to do it every where & every time. We are human being & god gave us two hands , legs & mind for earning our Ajivika, so we should do any work of our interest & do it samarpan (surrendering) to God. Saagar Kadam ------------------------- Hari Om There is nothing wrong in your query. This site is about human problems and Gita is meant to solve those problems. Everything ultimately falls within the ambit of Gita. Hence in the ambit of Gita Talk group. Perhaps the need for you to work and earn livelihood for yourself and your family members has not yet become compelling. You have already got connected with this GT Site by divine will. There are many facets to your problem. An elaboration by you will help us in extending help. Are you rich enough? How old are you? How you are getting supported upto now? Are you married? This is one set of questions concerning one facet. There is another angle. Qs with reference to that are- How you fared in your studies so far ? Excellent, Good or ordinary ? Do you like to remain alone and aloof/unnoticed ? Why don't you feel like not doing job? Do you think that people around you are planning something with reference to you? Reply if you wish. I might then advice you spiritually and get you going- AS PER GITA. Jai Shree Krishna Vyas N B ----------------------------- Shree Hari Ram Ram According to swamiji's teaching we need to give up these likings and dislikings. What do you mean by you do not like to go to work? What is your duty? Simply leaving a job, because you do not like going there? What about leaving the wife, the children, the mother or whoever.. simply because you do not like them... !!! Human birth is not a bhog yoni! Liking and disliking is for a bhogi. Simply liking or disliking something, will lead to bondage - says Swamiji. As long as you keep desiring something - in this case, disliking your job and desiring to do something other, nothing will be attained. Regarding you duty - Swamiji says - Duty is that which one is able to do and which one should do. It seems to me that you are able to do the job and should probably be doing a job, but simply don't do like to.... Arjuna too did not want to fight presenting similar case. Did Krishna give him any support regarding that, inspite of Arjuna's impressive logic? We all are brilliant at justifying our actions. But Krishna will not support anything short of Dharma. Swamiji has said that to renounce something (your disliking to go to work) is to serve others, to give them happiness, and in return to not want anything from them. Until the attention is on yourself, i.e. what kind of job do I like to do? what will make me happy and satisfied etc..etc. the outcome will be more confusion, discontentment, unhappiness... Ask God for help, Call out to Him and surely He will guide you. Surely ! Meera Das Ram Ram ---------------------------- -Shree Hari- Saagar Kadam, Welcome! You have turned towards this Satsang. Saagar Kadam ------------------------- NEW POSTING Dear Sadhak, You are not alone my dear, there are so many people like you. This is a general problem of our youth because of the unproductive education system. Anyway. 1. " I do not feel like going " the one who does not feel like going is the your mana/mind. Arjuna had similar feeling then Krishna said- My dear Arjuna, how have these impurities come upon you? They are not at all befitting a man who knows the progressive values of life. They do not lead to higher planets, but to infamy. Gita ch2:2 So throw out your mana (mind) from the driver's seat tell him to shut up.....get rid of the feeling that you are going to spoil your career. You are thinking too much of the result even without taking any action in present. You know what Krishna says- Karmanyevadhikaraste ma faleshu kadachan (Gita 2:47 - you have right to do your duties, you have no right on the result/fruit of Acton.) 2. Second part of this stanza is very important to you - ma karma-phala-hetur bhur ma te sango 'stv akarmani (Never consider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty.) You look attached to not doing. Everyone in this world has to work, without work we cannot even survive, so start your career from any where. No job is low or high. Consider your work as worship and put all your efforts into it without attaching your self to the fruits. Do not wait for some " golden opportunity " or some " Dream Job " 3. Raag(liking) and Dvesh(disliking), these 2 are the root of all problems. Free yr self from these 2 enemies. I know you can do it. And accept any job where you can earn by working honestly and truthfully.(or if you have family business take care of it, if you do not need to work because you have lots of money then start volunteering, do samaj seva but do not let yr mind rule you) 4. Surrender to Krishna. Tell Him that you cannot decide. Pray and meditate. Meditation helps us to clear our vision, to dissolve our past karma and to improve our decision making. Meditate 20 minutes twice a day. 5. Read, reread Gita, guidance will come to you. Do not worry. Surrender your thoughts and deeds to Krishna. With lots of Love, A sadhika Sadhna Karigar ---------------------------- Many people have this dilemma. Some of it is due to not being in touch with yourself, as most of us are raised to avoid listening to ourselves. Although all religions propagate internal guidance, it is harder to do in real life. My suggestion would be consider techniques that enable you to get in touch with yourself - yoga, meditation, visualisation, among others. I hope this helps. Anita Anand ---------------------------- Dear Saagar, You need to find out Why do you not like going to the job that you have? High expectations not being met? Interpersonal issues with your boss/ colleagues? What is it? My hunch is that your ambitions and your position don't match. But then that is what Bhagwad geeta tells us, do the `karma'… that's the route ot salvation. .. Get back and let me see if I can pass on my experiences to you for your benefit. Regards, Ashwini Saxena ------------------------------- saagar kadam, u seem to be very much confused and depressed. if you are not understanding what u want in life it means u must be having some prb. in life. first of all u must reveal (2 urself) whats the exact problem.see what ever u might be thinking u must consider the fact that without work no one can survive. work is not for our pleasure. it is our necessisty. till now u might be fed by ur parents. and for some time more may be u depenend on them. but after that u will have 2 look after urself.dont do think of work as it is a choice in life.first of allu must understand life.u must consider life as a path or journey where many situations, circumstances arises.v cant stop there in between path by fearing from these changes. but v shud move on paasing on what ever thing or type of circumstance arise. bcz if v will not move on we will not reach our destination. here destination can be think of worldly or spiritually, i.e. GOD so uptil now u in ur journey of life u have reached upto this stage of youth where u r educated, now next road on ur journey is of work (u r moving close 2 god all this while)dont take it as a choice but u have to.there is no other option. and if u think why should i work. then think there is nothing else. not even sitting idly. if u sit idly in ur home it will be something like a boat trying 2 move agaist the flow of water on its own. and u now the sufferer will be boat only. so god has already carved the path of journey for everybody; it is we fools/innocents who dont understand and look here and there. what ever comes in life or ur life demands do it as duty, with enthusiasm. dont hesitate or think over it. this will make u happy and KRISHNA as well. wish u all the best. dont waste more time over brooding. go and hug ur life its waiting for u. jai shri krishna Manishika Sharma -------------------------- Hari Om There is nothing wrong in your query. Guest guest
This is personal i know this site is only for discussions on gita but i have a problem. i have completed my education. but i m not able to work i have left several job opportunities because i dont feel like going there and working. i dont know what interests me. if this will continue i will spoil my career. hoping for a reply. if this is out of your discussions I'm sorry and ignore it. Saagar Kadam ------------------------- NEW POSTING Dear Sadaks, This is general posting message. I have not read all postings line by line. One is having just Dilemma. We sadaks are in progress towards THAT. We should not have attachments, to deal extensivily spending valuable time. We know the cause and effect of Karma. One has to undergo. This gentleman is avoiding his duty to perform. In case of Arjuna who came for war but changed his mind to aviod bloodshed. The dilemma of Arjuna is completely differant. The moderator keeps on saying to post precise postings. We can just advise but not get attached to problems of others. Jai Sri Krishna baiya sathyanarayan ------------------------------- Dear saagar kadam, Your answer to the problem is in your mail itself. The line , " I dont know what intersets me " . please discover that and your problem will not exist. Regards. deepa bhartia ---------------------------- Dear Sadhak, You are not alone my dear, there are so many people like you. Saagar Kadam ------------------------- NEW POSTING Dear Saagar: Indian scriptures provide solutions to every possible problem ONLY IF one is ready to absorb. So is Bhagavad Gita. It starts with the same problem - uninterest in a field of action. A wonderful treatise is provided for the possible reasons for such disinterest. To summarize, I understand that there are two possible reasons for disiniterest to " work " : 1. Unexplored/unexamined/unattended desire(s). 2. Unexperienced/imaginary fear(s). The first is the one that puts you into a specific action and the later is the one that deters you from an action. Unfortunately, both are very specific to an individual and very often hidden in one's sub-conscious thought-process. Trust me, the very reason that we took birth is enough of a proof for the inherent desire(s) and fear (s). If you unearth both, you will definitely get a solution for yourself. THE BEST METHOD for this is self-descriminatory contemplation on yourself, your relations and your environment with an acute focus, determination and alertness. Often, you need practice and training to perform this ... that means time. I encourage you to do this. In the mean while, you should not " waste " your precious youth to repent later. Therefore, if you cannot help yourself, I URGE YOU to take help from a trustworthy experienced person such as a psychologist. Please do not hesitate. Today's psychology has developed many fruitful tools to help you open yourself for an onservation. HELP YOURSELF. TAKE HELP FROM TRUSTWORTHY SOURCE. Respects. Naga Narayana -------------------------- Dear Sagarji This is a little long posting. Kindly go thru bit carefully. I am being reminded of a very beautiful event that occurred and experienced by me just few days ago I paid a visit to one of my relatives where only the husband and wife stay. They have one boy and one girl. When I enquired about their where abouts both the father and mother started opening their Pandora's box They started telling that my dear friend, you know, how much trouble we have took to bring up these two kids in our life. When the son was born to us first, we were very happy. The happiness got doubled when we were blessed with a daughter for the second time. We felt that we are the happiest couple in the world. Both of us were decently employed in Government services, that too, in a very senior position. From the day one of the birth of our son, both of us used to sit at both the ends of the cot and used to talk about our wishes. We would talk at length about the very best for him. When our boy grew up and entered into high school level, we gave extra tuition classes in the morning, tuition at house after school. Helped him personally with studies to clear any doubts. There has been a number of occasions that none of us used to sleep for the whole night engaging in helping him with studies. He passed in Metric with 95% marks. He was admitted to science after spending huge somes of money for tuition and after engineering degree for further studies, both of us had decided that he should go to US. Our wishes were blossomed and he got admitted to Master of Engineering. Similarly with our daughter. We took extra pain and care to bring her up and she also got seat for Medical and passed her MBBS. For further studies, we wanted her to go to London. She also blossomed. The husband told me that, all the money, time and energy of both of us, we have spent for our son and daughter. Both our son and daughter were given all good things available here. We loved them very much. Our son telephoned two years back and told us that there is a girl with whom he is in love and wanted our permission. We told that we have no objection for your selection. Both of us were not informed of the date of marriage and we could not go for it. It was solemnised in a church in US. After one year he was blessed with a boy. It is now more than five years that he is in US. For one or other reason " pretext- he is avoiding visiting us. For last more than 18 months, there is not even a phone call also. Our daughter is also not better than her brother. We both are here now. I am having high BP, Sugar and all other ailments. My wife is also having high BP, sugar, pain at all joints etc. We are getting monthly pension but it is difficult to meet the medical expenses, other day to day requirements etc. Then they asked me " What is the need of having children like this..? " Both the husband and wife stopped there and had a deep breath and felt a sigh of relief.. and sat so sad. I asked them whether they really need an answer from me for their question which they put forward at the end of the discussion.. Both of them told, yes, please tell us Then I told them : Look everything has happened as you wished and prayed foryour children - education, career and financial success. Love of parent and sibling, were not in the equation. True education regarding love of nature, or serving others, or compassion, duties, human values. What is there in becoming angry, sorrow or unhappy? You are getting the results of your own Karma.. Here you blame your children. They have not done anything wrong. They are doing what you wanted him to do, that's all. Now even after completing the highest level of education, not even a single thing from this is gained. Then just think whether you taught them real education at all. Dear Sagarji, you just think, what you have studied and what you got out of it. Whether you gained any 'knowledge'. Then the present confusion should not have been there. With best wishes and Pranaams vijayan --------------------------- PRIOR POSTING Dear Sadhak, You are not alone my dear, there are so many people like you. Guest guest
Shree hari Ram Ram A couple of extra mails today as we clear up pending queue. Gita Talk Moderators, Ram Ram ------------------------- This is personal i know this site is only for discussions on gita but i have a problem. i have completed my education. but i m not able to work i have left several job opportunities because i dont feel like going there and working. i dont know what interests me. if this will continue i will spoil my career. hoping for a reply. if this is out of your discussions I'm sorry and ignore it. Saagar Kadam ------------------------- NEW POSTING I found this interesting. The second response to the query is especially eye opening. I have read somewhere that God gives us what we wish. However we do not know when we wish, what is it that we really want. So wish His blessing, just do the work in front of you in ethical manner, and enjoy what comes your way as PRASADAM. Shreemad Bhagavat Gita makes this clear time and time again. Hemendra Parikh --------------------------- PRIOR POSTING Dear Saagar: Indian scriptures provide solutions to every possible problem ONLY IF one is ready to absorb. Guest guest
Shree hari Ram Ram A couple of extra mails today as we clear up the pending queue. Saagar Kadam ------------------------- NEW POSTING Shree Hari Ram Ram What is your understanding? That simply by your thinking, something will happen? It is a delusion. Simply a delusion. Surrender everything to Bhagavaan and thereafter becoming at ease (free of all worries), whatever work comes in front of you, be an instrument(the cause) in getting it done (karaate jaayiye). This is the message of the Gita. So be it, Vineet Sarvottam ----------------------------- Shree Hari Ram Ram What you are experiencing happens to many i.e. you only feel like doing certain things and not others. This is termed as " Raag and Dvesh " Likes and Dislikes. Currently you dislike going to work, because it does not interest you. These likes / dislikes are a major obstacle to the spiritual path. Swamiji has been clear that any activity or inactivity should not be influenced by likes and dislikes, but must be in accordance with the scriptures / our duty. The outcome of actions undertaken under the influence of likes (attraction) and dislikes (aversion) is not very good. These like/dislikes are self created. Since you have developed an aversion (dislike) to your work, you will be unable to see any good in it. This is the truth. Look back at your own experience and think of a person you dislike, and you will be unable to find anything good in them! Swamiji states that " It is only on being free of likes and dislikes, that we are able to see the true nature of a thing. " When all work becomes worship and free of likes and dislikes then the work will be nothing but divine. And you will experience the same. Try It! Meera Das Ram Ram Dear sagar, What Shri.Naga Narayana told is correct. " Pls don't waste your youth and time. You will repent later. You can't rewind the clock. For a human, WORK is GOD. We need to perform our duties with zeal and try to reach the pinnacle in life. You need to assess yourself. You must do SWOT (strenghts, weakness, opportunities and threats) analysis honestly. Then you, yourself may find a solution, if not, please don't hesitate to consult with someone or even a professional. Nothing wrong in it. Please note that,we must convert our weaknesses into our strengths. Its not easy. May GOD BLESS you. All the best in what ever you do. Bala Subrhmanyam. Chinta (Bala) - PRIOR POSTING I found this interesting. Hemendra Parikh --------------------------- Dear Saagar: Indian scriptures provide solutions to every possible problem ONLY IF one is ready to absorb. Best of luck, God sri krishna will show you the path, remember him only & only ......... your 's sadhak bhai, (Subhash Bansal) ------------------------------- Priy Sadhak This is most common situation faced by young of india. But think if every body follows the path U want to how can we all survive. Gitaji Ch.4 has a lot for U. pl read with full shraddha & believe that U will win, coz U are an indian and indians never give up. Saagar Kadam ------------------------- NEW POSTING Mr. Saagar Kadam Just sit and meditate on your inner self (Any God of your liking) between 6pm to 6.30 pm daily) you will get answer in days. The inner soul knows the best for you. Jai Sree Krishna baiya sathyanarayan ---------------------------- Dear Sadhakas, Namaste! Some pointers to share with Saagarji. " I don't know what interests me? " and " if this will continue I will spoil my career " . These two statements gives the clues to resolve them. It is important to find out what interests one. As a matter of fact upto high-school education, emphasis should be to find out where lies one's interests by exploring various subjects, not where lies more money. What interests you becomes natural and effortless and what you love to do interests you too! What is effortless is Karma-yoga as it is without a personal doer! (Gita's teaching) By directing the career toward the subject one loves will make it easy to be interested and loving it! What can be more blessed thing than to have a profession that one loves? Even if one has to change and sacrifice time and money, its worth to do it. Our problem may be we teach children to go in those jobs that pay high and thus never encourage them to follow their love and interests! When there is disconnect between these two, more money cannot make one happy. It is never too late to change the direction once you discover Love and interests. The joy of doing work as a duty to oneself, one's family and for society to function in an orderly manner comes from happy people working from their effortlessness resulting from Loving what one is doing or doing what one is loving! Namaskar..................Pratap Bhatt ------------------------- Ram Ram Jai Sri Krishna When you work as if : You are busy in your favorite hobby If you are going to work as if you are going to see your first and only date As you are enjoying your favorite music You are dancing with your favorite music When time ends and you wish that why time has ended and you have to leave When you are never tired of your present work Etc.
Saagar Kadam ------------------------- NEW POSTING Hello all re above. So often we are pushed into studying subjects our parents feel are appropriate for us. Of course if we are not suited to these subjects we are not going to feel good in the pracice of them. Therefore we have to be strong take courage and do what is right for us, otherwise out lives will be full of negativity which in turn affect all around, as we are all interbeings. I am not Indian but know how much parental pressure children suffer and one rarely gets to be ones self. Also perental encouragement is different to parental pressure each having it's own effect, positive or negative. My life at one time was full of negativity but I was able to turn it around and it has been full of positive things since. We must clear away psychological baggage so we are free of guilt and negativity, able to see reality, which is the present moment. The duty of our parents is to give us a spiritual base up to a point after which we must be able to realise our own potential, based on innate wisdom. metta bernadette mcewen ----------------------- My reply to Saagar Kadam about job. There is nothing wrong about not liking any particular job. Simply develop an attitude that you can do ANYHING, ANY JOB, AND FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN DO AND BEYOND. Secondly develop attitude that there is no job that is small. Each job allocated to you is the most important to you as well as to boss. Give your best attention and finnesse. Take my exapmle, I left one job, aimed for another one, but failed. So I began self employment..bought equipment and began earning a few rupees and developed into earning thousands. I became my own boss, THEN at the age of 45 years, I had to change career where I began very humbly again...learned all the skills and continued for 17 years. I would have perished if I had cried about likes or dislikes regarding any job or becoming my own boss and falling on another humble and modest job again !!! SO if you do not like a job or any job, start your own business...small one to grow into a rewarding career. In UK I have seen youngsters having one qualification, do some other job that has no relevance to degree/paper qualification, yet THEY SUCCEED beyond imagination. for example: Doctors become shopkeepers, chemical engineers take up job as accountants, aeronotical engineers become MBA and become consultants, dentists become film and TV actors, nutritionists become salesmen and sales women etc.. In practical English language " GET YOUR FINGER OUT AND DO SOMETHING.. " and " DO NOT YIELD TO NOT DOING ANYTHING. " Ramesh Jhalla -------------------------- PRIOR POSTING Mr. Then work is - Pooja (Prayer/Offering) - Meditation You are in bliss Ram Ram Ramesh Suri -------------------------- I don't know how or why I have started receiving these emails from but I do find them interesting so please continue sending. Aspidoc -------------------------- PRIOR POSTING Shree Hari Ram Ram What is your understanding? Hemendra Parikh --------------------------- Dear Saagar: Indian scriptures provide solutions to every possible problem ONLY IF one is ready to absorb. Guest guest
Shree Hari Ram Ram We are clearing up pending queue this week due to significant back log. You will receive few extra emails next couple of days. Only reply if essential point not covered by other sadhaks From Gita Talk Moderators, Ram Ram This is personal i know this site is only for discussions on gita but i have a problem. i have completed my education. but i m not able to work i have left several job opportunities because i dont feel like going there and working. i dont know what interests me. if this will continue i will spoil my career. hoping for a reply. if this is out of your discussions I'm sorry and ignore it. Saagar Kadam ------------------------- NEW POSTING Saagar, I know this may be out of place, but I wanted to share a thought with you. Be alone with yourself, without any distractions or people. Preferably very very early in the morning before 5 a.m. or so, the time we call Brahm Muhurat. And ask yourself what is it that you really wish to do, what draws you, engages you, keeps your interest. You will know, one always does. Then, simply follow that. Do not worry about any approvals / sanctions. Education just enables the mind to work in a disciplined manner and ignites our curiosity about the world. It is never wasted. I wish you well. Best, Amit Chaudhery -------------------------- PRIOR POSTING Hello all re above. Hemendra Parikh --------------------------- Dear Saagar: Indian scriptures provide solutions to every possible problem ONLY IF one is ready to absorb. Best of luck, God sri krishna will show you the path, remember him only & only ......... your 's sadhak bhai, (Subhash Bansal) ------------------------------- Priy Sadhak This is most common situation faced by young of india.
