99th Thirunakshatram function of Srimath Vedantha

Ramanuja Mahadesikan (Thirukkudanthai Andavan) was

celebrated on a grand scale at Chennai Ashramam this

morning. Devotees attended in large numbers and I

could estimate that more than 2500 attended and

received Theertha prasadams from HIs Holiness.It was

grand sight to see that the both the large halls of

our Ashramam was packed to full with devotees, who

have travelled from many places ,not only from Chennai

and its surroundings, but various other places outside

Chennai.

There was a large attendance of leading Ubhaya

Vedantha Vidwans and I could note among them Sri

N.S.Ramanuja Thathachariar Swamy, Vaduvoor Sri

Srinivasa Desikachariar Swamy,our Srikaryam Sri

Narasimha Raghavachariar Swamy,Sri Srivathsankachariar

Swamy,Mannargudi Sri Rajagopalachariar Swamy and many

more.

After Saathumurai and theertham, His Holiness received

Several Divya Desa honours. His Holiness also honoured

on the dias several eminent Vidwans, Vedic Pundits as

per the plans already envisaged in the last couple of

years. The details of this will be available in the
