Since then, the committee members here felt that a personal mail - wherever possible - addressed individually to all members should be sent under adiyen's signature. Our US Center, Sri Ramanuja Mission Inc. have kindly sent the list of members and sevarthis who regularly access the site. Adiyen has so far sent appeals in this manner to over 800 sevarthis addressing by name individually. SRMI list covers over 1600 Sevarthis and adiyen hopes to complete this task by 15-02-2007 latest. Adiyen seeks the indulgence if any Sevarthi's name is left out. This mammoth event requires the participation of all Sevarthis without any exception. Very shortly adiyen will list the preparations for the main event so that Sevarthis assembling at Srirangam will use the facilities offered. Sevarthis in India to note - Cheques & Drafts may kindly be made in favour of "Sri Paduka Charities" to avail the IT Exemption u/s 80-G of the IT Act. If the IT Exemption is not an issue, Cheques & Drafts may be kindly issued in favour of 'Srirangam Srimad Andavan Asramam' payable at Chennai. Sevarthis in USA to note - Cheques may kindly be made in favour of " Sri Ramanuja Mission Inc " to avail the IT Exemption u/s US IT Act Provisions. We are unable to offer IT Exemptions in other countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Australia etc., IT Exepmtion is not an issue for Sevarthis in the Middle East!!
