Guest guest
Respected srivaishnava brethern/bhagavathothamas, It is learnt from my friends who visited Therizandur temple recently that a part of the Thyar sannidhi collapsed and need to be renovated. The entire temple has to be renovated and an estimate was prepared to the tune of Rs.60 lakhs and the approval of HR & CE is pending. It is sad to know such a beautiful divyadesam is neglected by the natives for a long time.It is also learnt that in good old days the prabandham and veda parayanam ghoshti consisted of more than 100 swamins. Now it come to a minimal number for both ghoshtis. Moreover it is the avatharasthalam of Srimad Therizandur Andavan popularly known as Nammandavan. It is the duty of srivaishnavas who belongs to therizandur to protect the divyadesam and the temple. Instead of constructing new temples at random the templea at divyadesams should be renovated and protected. Please come forward and help generosly to complete the renovation at a reasonable period of time. Further details regarding the balalayam and related activities awaited from SRI.U.Ve. K. Srinivasa bhattar. Dasan, Chitrakudam Ranganathan. For details Pl.contact SRI.U.Ve. K.
