Vangeepuram V.S. Vasudevachariar Swamy of Srirangam(Orathi, Thaiyar) and Sri U.Ve. Madhavak Kannan Swamy and Sri K. Bharathan for their contributions ,"Sri Desika Seva" for the months from Chitrai to Aadi month Adiyen likes to mention here that without Swami Desikan and His Sree Sookthis, our sampradaya will be nowhere; not only our sampradaya but also Srivaishnavism Sri Desika Seva

brings every month the importance of Sri Desika Sampradaya, the teachings of Swami Desikan, His Sree Sookthis with simple meanings Adiyen offers my apology to mention here about my articles in this magazine every month titled " Chinna Chinna Vizhayangal" This article receives wide support not only from loukikas, children but also from ladies. Adiyen is writing serially for the past few months about ladies( large number of requests came from them to tell about them), their importance in our sampradaya,their sufferings in day-to-day life, the way inwhich they can come over from these sufferings, why this "metti" is necessary and how, why bangles are necessary. the usefulness of wearing 18 yards sarees atleast when going to temple etc etc With folded hands adiyen requests all of you to see that this magazine flourishes from strengh to strengh, from the present readership to larger readership, for

probagating the ideals of Swami Desikan. VaikundavasiSri Seva Swamy sacrified His entire life to the probagation of Swami Desikan's Sree Sookthis by bringing the stotras in various languages and distributing them FREE OF COST to the bhakthas. He used to say that Swami Desikan's anugraham is enough than the anugraham of Sriman Narayanan. If one Vaishnava recites the stotras of Swami Desikan, His anugraham will automatically come, that will be certainly followed by the anugraha of Namperumal/ Thepperumal/ Srinivasan ( Thiruvenkatam Udaiyan)/ Adiyavarkku Meyyan/ other Emperumans and particularly SRI HAYAGREEVAN. This is true in adiyen's life. Without the paripoorna anugraha of Acharyan Swami Desikan and krupa kataksha of Sri Hayagreevan , the massive Mahamandap at Oushathagiri would not have been completed forwhich all of you,swamins, shouldered the financial burden. This was due to His command to

you to help financially by extending His anugraha to you. You should have felt it somehow or other in any of the circumstances in your life You will feel Swami Desikan's anugraha by helping the continuous publication of " Sri Desika Seva". What has to be done for this is to take up the publication from Aavani issue to Panguni Issue ( 8 months). Is not there 8 Swami Desika Sishyas to come forward? If any of the eight sishyas of mind and will join together, money will flow; yes,certainly flow! With folded hands this baktha of Sri Hayagreevan, this one small dust among the crores and crores of Swami Desika Adiyars begs you for your untiring assistance to this magazine Dasan Uruppattur Soundararajan
