This humble request is being made on behalf of Sri.

Rajappa, aged 57 years, who is suffering from multiple

blocks in the heart. He is being treated by Dr.

Jaganathan in the Railway Hospital, Chennai. He is

working in the Madapalli of a Perumal Kovil in

Alagappa Nagar, Chennai. Due to financial constraints

he has been postponing the surgery for sometime now.

He has reached a position where the surgery is

mandatory at the earliest.

 

On request we will can attach the cost of the surgery

given by the Hospital. There are some generous

persons who have contributed some amount for this

purpose. As this amount is not even sufficient to get

admitted, he is waiting for more collection. By God’s

grace, he plans to get himself admitted by the 11th of

August to undergo angiogram and surgery thereafter.

 

He is the sole bread winner of the family. He has a

wife and an old mother-in-law to support. He has a

daughter who has been married, and has no sons.

 

Under these circumstances, we kindly request generous

souls to donate some money for his treatment. After

the surgery he will not be able to work for about four

months. So support is needed for that period also.

The post operative medicines are also pretty

expensive. So we request you to donate to the maximum

capacity and pass this word around to your friends and

relatives.

India, Taylors Road Branch. As this bank has core

banking the amount can be deposited from anywhere. If

help us to communicate to him.

 

 

 

An immediate action in this regard would be highly
