Guest guest
Learned members, Many of you need no introduction to Sri Kesava Iyengar father of Sri Parasaran Swamin (formerly Attorney-General Govt. of India). Sri Kesava Iyengar was a leading Senior advocate in Chennai. He was a very great scholar well versed in Sampradhayam, Sanskri and Tamil. With his great command over the language, he had translated many of Swami Desika's Sthothrams in Tamil which make us feel as if they are originally written in Tamil itself. And as for Swami Desika , " Thiruppaadhukamaalai " a translation of " Sri Padhukasahasram " is the master piece of Kesava Iyengar's works. It can be recited in the same rhyme and metre as we recite " Sri Padhuka Sahasram " The book is now uploaded in parts in my blog http://paamaran.rediffiland.com The Tamil is somewhat tough to follow. Please enjoy. dasan, T.Raguveeradayal
