Guest guest Posted November 23, 2007 Report Share Posted November 23, 2007 Dear Sevarthis, Shrimans Ranganathan & Jagannathan have clarified in a mail to adiyen: that the project cost for the Mani Mandapam is only Rs. 7.50 lakhs, that their original appeal for 500 Maamis & Swamis to contribute Rs. 1,500 each would be still valid & adequate for the project, that the project cost is NOT Rs. 75.00 lakhs. Sishyaas & Abhimanis need not be influenced by adiyen's rather harsh remarks on the subject, They are requested to kindly take their own decisions on the Mani Mandapam for this great Mahaan, HH was perhaps the only Acharyaa/Yathi who trained and got ready THREE of His successors who were also Yathis/Acharyas - unparalleled in the history of SriVaishnavism. Adiyen also apologises for any unintentional hurt to these young lions in the process!!
