Many of you may be knowing that the Uthsava Vigraham of Swami Desikan here at Thiruppullani was originally installed at Srivilliputhur by Swami's Kumarar Nainarachariar himself and due to circumstances some 250 years ago, the vigraham was brought here and installed here.
