Sri Murali Battar Swami at Srirangam Peria Perumal Sannithi ,with his tireless efforts, made it possible to celebrate Sri HAYAGREEVA JAYANTHI at Srirangam temple Sri Hayagreevan 's Sannithi is there at the leftern side of " Dwajasthmbam" i.e. Pavithrothsava mandapam,from the days of " Sri Ranga Vimanam" ,when Sri Vibheeshanazhvar left the Vimanam with Peria Perumal here There is no pooja etc for a long time to Sri Hayagreevan here and there is no facility to perform "Thirumanjanam " etc. Sri U.Ve. Murali Battar Swamy took keen interest in this shrine , got the sanction of officials of H R & C E and made it possible to perform " Thirumanjanam " etc Adiyen received the krupakataksha of this Sri Hayagreevan through Sri U.Ve. Murali Battar swamy to begin the worship by performing "thirumanjanam" , " Pooja" etc on Sri Hayagreeva Jayanthi i.e.12th September 2008. Sri U.Ve. Murali Battar Swamy begins this kainkaryam on 12th september. Aho, bhagyam! Aho bhagyam!!
