Dear All,

 

There is

an update to my Blog with a travelogue to Sri Ranganathar temple at Devadanam

near Ponneri/ Minjur at North Chennai.

Significances:

18 feet long Ranganathar, said to be longer than

Srirangam made of Salagrama stonesMore than 1000 years old templeCalled Uthara rangam (North Srirangam) of Thondai nadu
