Over the past 40 years, adiyen & his family were bestowed with immeasurable grace of three great Acharyas. Certainly due to Divine Grace considering the non stop Apacharams adiyen has been committing over these 40 years!! Adiyen would record His gratitude to Sri Sri Sri Krishna Premi Swamigal who brings Lord Krishna right in front of our eyes, minds & souls {adiyen has liberally borrowed from his Upanyasams}, Adiyen would also thank Shri VN Vedantha Desikan & Karalapakkam Anantha Padmanabachar Swami {adiyen has liberally borrowed from their postings}. Adiyen's postings & announcements are aimed at the undecided Sevarthis with the fervent hope that many more would come forward to perform Prapatthi. This is happening as some Sevarthis have responded & performed their Prapatthis after these postings commenced. HH Srimad Andavan recently performed the Prapatthi for a 15 year old daughter of a devout Sishya. Trustee Shri R Srinivasan {who administers the Andavan Asramam Website www.andavan.org at Chennai reminds adiyen that HH Srimad Andavan performed Prapatthi when his grandchild was barely 1 year old! Just a reminder that the AchAryAs know what is best for us and will perform Prapatthi without bothering about the inadequacies. The post Prapatthi obligations for the Prapanna {a Mumukshu becomes one after performing Prapatthi} will be dealt with later. Adiyen's submissions assume that:: 1. the Mumukshu {one who aspires for Moksham} accepts Sriman Narayana as only the Supreme God, 2. the Mumukshu does not to the "secular theory" that all Gods are one & the same, 3. the Mumukshu does not doubt the Para Tatvam & Parama Purushathvam of Sriman Narayana, 4. the Mumukshu seriously wants to perform Prapatthi but for their reservations & 'inadequacies' listed again & again, 5. the Mumukshu will perform Prapatthi if the doubts are cleared, 6. the Mumukshus think that they are unable to conform, in full or in part, to the rigours of a SriVaishnavaite such as Shikai, Dress code, Veda Adhyayanam etc., & 7. the Mumukshu feels Sriman Narayana would NOT approve of these failures & accept their Saranagathi! 8. the Mumukshus are to be made aware of the Para Tatvam & Parama Purushathvam of Sriman Narayana – the only Supreme God who can give us Moksham!! Adiyen will attempt to address these "inadequacies":: 1. There are TWO authorities in the scheme of Prapatthi {for Srimad Andavan Disciples} 2. They are the Supreme Lord of the Universe, Sriman Narayana & our Acharya SArvabhouma - Srimad Andavan, 3. They know the "inadequacies" of the Mumukshus, 4. The revered Shri Krishna Premi Swamigal repeatedly stresses in his discourses, that the Para Brahmam is definitely aware of these "inadequacies" & that, 5. the Para Brahmam himself attributes the "inadequacies" to the pressures of modern day living/profession – Kaala desa Varthamanam of Kali Yuga & would forgive these inadequacies, 6. The Para Brahmam is just waiting for the Mumukshu to perform Prapatthi – for the Para Brahmam, this is just a most minor Vyajyam to grant a place in SriVaikuntam, 7. Supreme Authority No.1 – our Acharya – will overlook these & perform Prapatthi for you i.e., recommend to the Para Brahmam that He should grant a place in SriVaikuntam for this JIvAtmA to render Kainkaryam to the Diva Dhampathi forever, 8. "Through proper channel" is a protocol we all understand – Prapatthi will fructify only by an appeal made through your Acharya, 9. The Supreme Lord will accept this Prapatthi, erase all the Sanchita & Prarabdha Karmas & release your soul {JIvAtmA} from the never ending cycle of births & deaths, 10. Then the JIvAtmA will go straight to SriVaikuntam and engage in perennial service to the Divya Dhampathi. 11. The Supreme Lord will not – on His own – sanction the seat in the Moksha Samrajyam! 12. Prapatthi is not a mechanical event of applications & annexed documents!! 13. It is stage of culmination of Tattva, Hitha & PurushArtam with tremendous nuances. For an ordinary mumukshu performing Prapatthi, such thorough knowledge of sAstrAs & Rahasya mantrAs is not necessary. 14. His/her AchAryA takes care of all the requirements for pleasing Sriman nArAyaNA & recommending that this mumukshu should be granted Moksham. This is also taken as a vyAjA for granting moksham by Sriman nArAyaNA. 15. So the adoration of AchAryA is even more important than the adoration of Sriman nArAyaNA for a jIvAtmA. A jIvAtmA doesn't have the capacity to perform bhakti yogA (complete akinchanan), cannot ascend to Sri VaikuNTham & has to depend on the compassion of his AchAryA who knows how to perform Prapatti for him. 16. Thus, even one who has transgressed sAstrAs for time immemorial can obtain moksham by the mercy of a sadAchAryA. 17. But the Para Brahmam & the Acharya will not forgive if the Sevarthi doubts the Para Tatvam & Parama Purushathvam of Sriman Narayana; then Prapatthi is beyond that Sevarthis' reach, 18. Even the Purushakaarams of Sri Mahalakshmi Thayar cannot help a non believer or a part believer who might in all sincerity believe that all Gods are alike or of the same stature. 19. There are FIVE equally important parts of performing Prapatthi dealt with in the December issue of The Paduka; Prapatthi will NOT fructify even if any one part will fail, 20. BUT the most critical requirement – the first among those – is "MahA VisvAsam", there is no place for doubting Thomas's here; 21. Believe & accept that Sriman Narayana alone can cut the guardian knot of the accumulated Sanchita & Prarabdha Karmas & will give you Moksham. 22. Otherwise do not aspire for Moksham; you may reach Sorggam or Shiva lokam or Brahma lokam temporarily depending upon the balances in your KarmAs. But the jIvAtmA will be back in circulation again for a 21 or 210 innings cycle – make no mistake about it!! 23. All these submissions in December & January issues of the Paduka are not for you – sorry to brutally frank but this is the simple truth. 24. Sriman Narayana is just waiting for you to surrender – there is a subtle nuance here, your act of surrender {by all means very important} itself is not the main UpAyam, it is only a signal for the Supreme Lord to save your Aatma – His Compassionate Grace is the critical issue here. Adiyen will deal with this later when quoting the Charama Slokham.
